A committer election for Manjunath S on project Eclipse Open System
Engineering Environment (technology.osee) was started by Ryan Brooks with
this criteria:

Manjunath Sangappa has created the significant feature of agile burn down
charts for OSEE

He has also performed the OSEE ICTEAM Angular version migration from version
6 to version 9.
