[osee-dev] Artifact type import - Shouldn't write to DB before error che

Dear Developers,

 

  In attempting to import an XML file definiting artifact types that had a bug in it (a space on the end of an artifact type name that was not reproduced in the relations table), I have ended up with two entries in the PostgreSQL database table. The former has the space after the name (see attached screen shot).

  Wouldn't it be better to hold the data in a temporary area until the whole file has been error checked before writing to the main database?
