Hi all.

I am enclosing the promised minutes from our last meeting. They are in HTML format because I am going to contribute them to the project's Wiki when I have it in place, so I though I might as well start with the proper format. Please do not take into consideration stylistic issues, as the page look and feel will eventually be consistent with the rest of the site.

As usual, please let me know if I got something wrong or if I missed important information. Thanks.
