Re: [ormf-dev] Dry run on GoToMeeting

Hello Joel,

It seems that I have to go out of town this weekend and I will not be able to attend the two meetings. As I will leave on Friday morning I think the best time to try the new tool would be tomorrow or next week sometimes. I'll be online almost all day tomorrow so if you have time just contact me on  skype and we will set it up :).

Best regards,
         Bobby.

Subject: [ormf-dev] Dry run on GoToMeeting

Hi,

The test of the GoToMeeting web conferencing which B., Wolfgang and I did went extremely well on Monday. The sound quality was much better than Skype :'-) and it has some really neat features that I am sure will come in handy as we move forward. The only little setback is that it does not yet support Linux only WinDose and Mac. But as I believe we all have access to one or other of these it is not yet an issue.

The next step is that we would like to do a dry run at 1900 GMT this Saturday evening to make sure that everyone is comfortable with using it. I expect this will take 15 to 20 minutes, no longer. You will receive an invitation by email and all you have to do is click the link to join. The first time around it will down load a plug-in to your browser, but it was really quick when we did it the other night. After that it all simply starts up.

If anyone is not able to make it on Saturday at 1900 GMT, let me know and we will set up a private test run for you when it is mutually convenient.

All the best,
Joel

P Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail. Thank you.
