Sorry, no experience with Buckminster on my site. We (we as in Bredex) are in the process of changing our builds from homegrown ant scripts to PDE build. I'll probably look into Buckminster too but I'm not sure if it's enough of a benefit to justify the cost (from our point of view).

If we decide to do testing with GUIdancer (which seens likely) I'll do nightly builds and testing (probably using our environment for running the tests). We can talk about me doing all of configuration management instead of only part of it.
