[ormf-dev] Riena for remote services

Hi,

I have decided that we will be using the remoting services in Riena to provide web service support. Please do not confuse this with the higher level Riena user interface components, we will only be using the low level infrastructure. Coupled with the Equinox OSGi bundles this will provide the core of our server.

While is not the reason I chose Riena, as advantage of going this way is that it will side step all of the IP issues we are having with JAX-WS and I will be withdrawing these CQs today. (Achim, no longer a need for you to chase these:-) Also it will solves our bug 240579 as we will no longer be accessing SOAP.
