There is something wrong with this build.
The server tests failures are a problem I fixed and pushed on Friday. I
found this in the build log, which is the problematic tags that Mark mentioned
in December:

 ! [remote rejected] testTag -> testTag (hook
declined)
 ! [remote rejected] testtag -> testtag (hook declined)
error: failed to push some refs to 'ssh://johna@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/gitroot/orion/org.eclipse.orion.client.git'

I don't understand how this is interacting
with our tagging but it looks like some bundles are having tags updated
but not others. I am going to wipe out the clones on the build machine
and start a new build so we get a clean run. This build might be ok to
use but it's hard to tell what's in it!
