Note this build has a new bundle added
to support docker.io. Unfortunately this requires Java 7, which broke orion.eclipse.org
because we were only running Java 6. Bogdan is going to investigate making
the bundle optional so people still running Java 6 don't break overnight.
Meanwhile we will start moving our own servers to Java 7 to allow running
this.  orion.eclipse.org has already been moved to Java 7 and this
build is now running there.
