Some progress on the js tests front. I
fixed a port problem and now the Windows tests partially run on IE 9. The
tests run happily until 'test_isExtensionOf2".
The next test after that seems to get stuck in some loop and runs for a
couple of hours before getting killed by jstestdriver. If anyone has theories
or ideas I'm all ears. Here is the log with semi-verbose logging enabled
in jstestdriver:

I have also introduced Chrome 23 tests
on Windows but I need to fix a permission problem.
