It looks like you might also need to recreate
your self hosting site. I didn't have to do this, but Libing did. It could
be that projects created a long time ago have some different metadata,
but I am investigating.

I have deployed this build. It has the
new file URL structure in it. I have run through some manual tests on orion.eclipse.org
and things seem to be working well. Please note that your existing favourites
will be broken. This is unavoidable because favourites are URLs, and the
whole point of the change was modifying the URL structure. You will have
to remove and recreate your favourites. Please let me know if you see any
other problems.
