Mike Rennie and myself attended the VS Code Hackathon and wrote a Orion prototype that uses the JDT language server.

LSP showing as the first plan item for the next release is good news, Curtis, thank you.
 
Were you guys involved in/responsible for the demo I linked to above? It seemed quite functional. I asked the RedHat guys about it, and they directed me to the Orion team.

Hi all,

I have been eagerly following the developments around the Language Server Protocol project, and was excited to see this demo showing LSP support in Orion.

Are there any plans by the team to bring actual support for LSP to Orion? If so, any relevant bug reports I could watch on Bugzilla?
