Hi Liat, this is something that has worked in all Orion versions, for the Java implementation of the server. Without this Git metadata the Orion Git page would not work. Can you give more context on what you are doing... are you running your own copy of the server, or using a hosted server like OrionHub? If you are using the Node.js implementation of the Orion server this didn't work in the past, although there is now some initial support for it in the Orion 10 timeframe.

I am working with Orion 8 server. When creating a new file in a project tracked by git, the response doesn’t return the git object as part of the metadata. Is this a known issue? Has it been fixed in Orion 10?
