nominated Xintong Wang as a Committer on the ecd.orion project. The reason
given is as follows:

I would like to nominate Xintong Wang for Orion commit rights. Xintong  has
submitted several bugs fixes and new features to the Orion Git page in a
short period of time.  Including support for git sub modules and ability to
show detached head branches. These features required good understanding of
the client-side [1] and server-side [2] code base. Xintong would make a
great addition to the team of Orion committers.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 35 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Xintong Wang must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
