[orion-dev] Hebrew text in Orion server side

Hi,
I'm working on adding BTD support for Bidi
Languages in Orion.
I have created a development environment
for Orion following the instructions found in Eclipse Wiki: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Orion/Contributing_Code.
When creating new file or folder using
Hebrew characters, the characters are displayed as gibberish.
The browser's language is set to Hebrew
and the charset in the HTML file is UTF 8 which supports Hebrew.
The problem refers to Hebrew saved in server
repository and not Hebrew coming from client side (such as nls messages
files)
which leads me to assume that it has to do with the way text is saved in
the server side.
Is there a way to approach this issue for
debugging and development purposes?
