Yep including bug numbers for everything
discussed in the weekly call is not gonna happen (speaking as the person
who usually writes the minutes :) 

However everyone is more than welcome
to ask questions on this list if they want more details on a topic. David
and Max if these answers don't give you the details you are looking for,
fire away with more questions!

Minutes are recorded by someone listening
on the Tuesday status call which moves too fast to list bug numbers for
each issue.  My best recommendation would be to look at the recent
commit history (http://git.eclipse.org/c/orion/org.eclipse.orion.client.git/).
 Having everyone submit status with bug numbers ahead of time as we
did with the Eclipse Arch call is possible, but doesn't fit as well with
the current style of meeting.

In regards to Tern: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=432940
Much of the functionality is merged with master, but it isn't yet running
in the _javascript_ content assist as we are assessing any side effects the
change will make.

In regard to split editors:
Most of the commits have been tagged with [Split editors], but not a bug
number.
