This mailing list is an effective way to get an understanding of what we're asking for in the proposal before you submit one.  All discussions about submitted proposals need to happen within the Google site.

I would say that primarily you need _javascript_, HTML5 and CSS skills.  Most of the work to develop a new or improved app store will be written using _javascript_.  There will be changes needed inside the Orion client and the app store side we would also like to be written in _javascript_.

I would also like to know according to your opinion what kind of skills I need to posses to successfully complete the project. That would help me to clarify more about this project.
