[orion-dev] Reload your plugin data (Action Required)

I just pushed some changes that may require Orion users to reload their plugin data. If your user menu (top right-hand corner of most Orion pages) only contains 2 items:

… then you need to do this:

1. Go to http://[your orion server]/settings/settings.html
2. Click Plugins in the left-hand sidebar.
3. Click the Reload all button.
4. Refresh the page.

When the menu is fixed, it will contain the Help and Settings items:

The changes I released allow links to be contributed to this menu through a service extension, much like the other links (Navigator, Repositories, etc.) that appear in the Orion banner. This will hopefully make it easier for adopters to customize the Orion UI using plugins and services, rather than modifying the Orion client code directly.
