[orion-dev] Testing Orion Accessibility

Accessibility is one of the plan items
for 0.5. We want to make sure that Orion accessibility is top-notch for
0.5 and beyond.

Max has been doing a great job testing
Orion accessibility and making fixes. However, after he goes back to school,
anything new still needs to be accessible. So accessibility needs to be
everybody's responsibility.   :)

With that in mind, here's some homework
and light reading on web accessibility to get everybody on the same page.
