Affirmative, it's bug 374479 "Rejected update when fetching tag with

JGit.

I hit problem while fetching Orion client repo today. It was caused by two
tags 'testTag' and 'testtag'. On Windows (and I guess any other
case-insensitive OS) JGit does not handle it well.
I removed 'testTag' from the repo and just left 'testtag'. Please make sure
you do not push 'testTag' to the repo again.
