Hi folks,

Orion 0.4 is out! Congratulations to all involved.
Ken says it best in his posting at Planet Orion - http://planetorion.org/news/2012/02/announcing-orion-0-4/

For those anxiously awaiting the re-opening of Master you can now once again push your changes towards 0.5. I'll add new milestone targets to bugzilla momentarily.
Reminder for the dev call tomorrow -- we'll do a retrospective on 0.4 and talk about starting a vote on new committers.
