Try to click "Add Plugins". It
will open a section with "Re-load all" action. Click it.

If it doesn't help, click "Services"
link next to "Plugins" header. It will take you to the old plug-ins
page.
There just select a plug-in to reload
and click "Reload" button at the top.

How does one do this? I only see the "remove" option.
