I think that clearing your browser cache may help here. I had a similar problem and this simple solution worked for me. 
If it does not help, please raise a bug to track the problem. 

Stage, Commit, Push, Fetch and other Git operations work for me. However I found a problem with 'New File/Folder' command 
on the navigator view, see:
