[orion-dev] Gray 0.4 UI

Parts of the new UI look broken.  For example, on git-clone I have
only disabled buttons for Git Status and Git Log and More. So the only
operation I can seem to perform is to bring up the  (still broken)
Repository configuration.

If I hover on the Git Status then the text becomes non-disabled, the
text becomes underlined, and I get at tooltip. That's at lot! It's too
much.

I understand the desire to signal the about-to-be-pressed buttton over
others, as well as using some amount of gray to be able to pop the
highlight, but I think this  version is way too gray.

On the Navigator, the pre-fix drop-down is gray: I assume it is
disabled. On the other hand the twisty is not gray, it must be active.
But actually they are neither active nor disabled, just ready to go.
It's confusing.
