[orion-dev] The new Task List

If you lost track to a task you've been running (because of page refresh
for instance) and you want to check its status check out our new Task List.
Go to [server path]/tasks/list.html to view the list of your tasks
persisted on the server. (I'll find a place to link it on UI soon).

Important: when you are on it please hit "Remove Completed". All previous
tasks that you run from the beginning of long-running task service where
persisted and they consume disk space on server. I am planning to solve
this issue in next M (bug 366062).
Old tasks have also some user-friendly information missing so don't be
surprised that they don't display names etc.
