[orion-dev] discussion of page layout architecture on the wiki...

We plan to do some visual redesign in 0.4 M2 for our pages. This includes both layout/anatomy as well as a "fresh coat of paint."

Since our 0.2 design I've realized:
- I never formally communicated this anatomy, so we have some inconsistencies that we could have avoided
- We have new navigation function (pagination, modal find/replace, etc.) that we did not have in 0.2 and we need to formalize the details surrounding these kinds of things
- We are cramming things in the page header that rightfully belong "with the resource" but we have not given any guidance into where/how this should be shown.
- Perhaps we can start using more space for common page elements, given we will provide a way to hide the banner elements for users who want to focus on the task at hand

To that end, I've documented our work/assumptions for 0.2 and started a discussion of the problems and new elements we need to include.

I would really appreciate comments about elements that are missing, use of real estate, etc. The best bug for discussion is
