[orion-dev] Updated CSSlint plugin

I've updated the CSSlint plugin [1] to take advantage of some new features in Orion 0.3.
Changes include:

• The severity (error, warning) of a problem is shown as an icon in the editor ruler
  
• The problematic region of a line is underlined with a squiggly line
  

Running my stylesheets through this was a humbling experience. I recommend trying it out.
