I have just released support for converting
text patterns into hyperlinks. As a test case I created a plugin that converts
text like "bug 123456" into Eclipse bugzilla URLs in commit comments:

However to enable this you have to install
a new bugzilla integration plugin, because not all Orion users want links
to Eclipse bugzilla. The plugin is found here:
