[orion-dev] self-hosting setup

I updated to M8 and I am trying to get the self-hosting to work. I had

-data ${workspace_loc} ../foo
before, but that serves an old copy of orion using the new server.

I changed my program arguments to have:

-data ${workspace_loc}

but when I start the server it says:
 The workspace location is already in use by another server instance: 
C:\firebug\orion\eclipseWorkspace
which of course is true since that is where my source is. So somehow I 
am missing a step...

Also: I found that I had to kill and restart the server to see changes 
in js files. Is that my imagination?
