[orion-dev] "open resource" is now bound to "T" on all pages

For those of you who like to use "open resource" from any page.
As part of decluttering, I removed the flashlight icon from the standard page header. This was bound to "open resource" but was confusing because of its placement right next to the search bar.

We still have to figure what changes (if any) we will make to the open resource and search for filename workflow [1] [2], but in the meantime, if you are used to using this feature from non-editor pages, you can now use the keystroke "T" (this is the github keybinding). Within the editor, it is still "ctrl-shift-r".
