I have disabled the use of the google closure
compiler during the releng build and started a new build.

The server builds have been generally
broken for the last few weeks due to our html pages becoming out of sync
with the js files being compiled.  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=338153
was an attempt to fix this last week, but it didn't take very long before
things were broken again.

The current use of the closure compiler
is clearly too brittle and will remain disabled for now.

This build is still broken, eclipse.GitService is undefined.
Szymon, Andrew, can you please try to figure out how to fix this? I really
want to demo the current state (at 11 am EST tomorrow). Thanks!
