[orion-dev] Please raise a bug when adding new bundles : N20110216-2000

The build failed because a new bundle org.eclipse.orion.server.git
was added without updating the builder or the appropriate features.

Whenever you add a new bundle or rename
an existing bundle please raise a bug to have the necessary changes made
to the builder.

This has happened several times now,
those times it was only by chance that I noticed the breakages and fixed
them before it broke the nightly builds.
