[orion-dev] Orion server uses Equinox Secure Storage now

From now Orion server by default stores users' credentials in Equinox
Secure Storage.
It means that people using 0.2 M4 from the download page will have their
accounts saved between server restarts, see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=334655.

If you are an Orion developer, you should update your server.feature bundle
and pull org.eclipse.orion.server.user.securestorage from the repo.
Since users.xml from the XML user storage is no more used, you will have to
add your user again. It will be saved in Equinox Secure Storage this time.
