[orbit-dev] Declaring Orbit Build: R20220531185310 (2022-06)

Hello folks,

Following the build process on the wiki[0] I'm declaring R20220531185310 [1,2] as our contribution for SimRel 2022-06 [3]. 

There have been no changes since 2022-06 M3 and RC1, just the new URL.

Reminder: As of 2022-06 this is no longer a composite repo. The final CVS defined bundles are available in R20201118194144[4]. If you need these old bundles I highly recommend you add recipes to orbit[5] or change to other options like the new Maven in PDE option[6]. We don't really have a way to rebuild these old bundles therefore having your project depend on them is a risk in your project. 

The following changes are new for 2022-06 since  2022-06 M3:

42fc7f2 Update baseline to 2022-06 M3

I've also run a script comparing units (and to some extent, their metadata) since the last milestone or release build to be sure about what we're publishing.
