[orbit-dev] how to update xerces?

I’d like to update the version of xerces that is provided by orbit, but I’m having trouble determining how the artifact is produced.  There is no recipe that directly references xerces, so I’m guessing it must be a transitive dependency?  Can anyone point me in the right direction for how to track this down?
