I-builds should now get promoted to the downloads page automatically
once the orbit-recipes build is successful.
Once a change is committed it will eventually build within the hour.
However, if you'd like it sooner, you can always trigger a build in the
orbit-recipes JIPP (no special parameter changes are needed, the
defaults are correct).
