[orbit-dev] Declaring Build: M20180330011457 (Oxygen.3a RC2)

Hello all,

I'm declaring M20180330011457 [1] as our contribution for Oxygen.3a RC2.

This a composite repository combining a newer build (20170303204511) that
is based on the last good build from CVS (20160520211859, Neon) [2] and
the latest build from the orbit-recipes R4_7 branch [3].

The following changes are new for Oxygen.3a RC2 since Oxygen.3a RC1 :

123bd61 Add JaCoCo 0.8.1 to aggregation feature.
ec5d9e9 Add JaCoCo 0.8.1

The main addition is JaCoCo 0.8.1 and minor changes to version 0.7.9 so
the newer one may coexist without issues. Eclemma is the only project
to have a CQ declared against these contributions and they are aware of
the changes.

I've also run a script comparing units (and to some extent, their metadata)
in the Oxygen.3a RC1 and Oxygen.3a RC2 repositories to be sure about
what we're publishing.
