R20180301202446 is basically a subset of R20160520211859 (Neon) with some
bundles being removed. I keep such repositories hidden because they're not
meant to be used. They lack all the other bundles that were built using
orbit-recipes.

Are you referring to http://eclip.se/531806 ? I'm was planning to do a
re-spin for
this fix but are there other bugs referencing this, or some other issue ?
