[orbit-dev] Declaring Build: M20170919201930 (Oxygen.1a RC1)

Hello all,

I'm declaring M20170919201930 [1] as our contribution for Oxygen.1a
RC1.

This a composite repository combining a newer build (20170303204511)
that is based on the last good build from CVS (20160520211859, Neon)
[2] and the latest build from the orbit-recipes R4_7 branch [3].

The following change is new for Oxygen.1a RC1 since Oxygen.1 :

27e9a17 Bug 517063: [JUnit 5] Add JUnit 5 bundles to Orbit


I've also run a script comparing units (and to some extent, their
metadata) in the Oxygen.1 and Oxygen.1a RC1 repositories to be sure
about what we're publishing.
