[orbit-dev] Declaring Build: R20170818183741

Hello all,
I'm declaring R20170818183741 [1] as our contribution for Oxygen.1.
This is the same as our Oxygen.1 RC1 contribution, except the 'M'
(maintenance) has been replaced with an 'R' (recommended) to signify
that this is the final build and our intent to retain it indefinitely
(unlike M builds, which can be removed once the R build is released)
As our previous M build, this a composite repository combining a build
(20170303204511, same as Oxygen.0) that is based on the last good build
from CVS (20160520211859, Neon) [2] and the same bundles from the
Oxygen.1 RC1 contribution to orbit-recipes [3].
I'd like to thank everyone who has helped to make this release
possible, whether by direct contributions, guidance, reporting issues,
or discussing various problems.
