[orbit-dev] Stable URLs to latest Orbit repositories (latest-X) 
A long while ago a dicussion came up about how it would be great if Orbit 
hosted stable locations for the latest build of various types (eg.
latest-N, latest-I, etc.)

This existed in the past but never hosted by Orbit itself.

We now have the following :

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/latest-N
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/latest-I
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/latest-S
(there will be a latest-R once we release our final contribution to Oxygen
release train)

I will eventually display these somewhere on our main downloads page for
more visibility, and warning about being specific about desired bundles.

These locations get updated when any build type (N,I,S,R) succeeds on our
HIPP instance as opposed to having to poll for changes.
