Re: [orbit-dev] Hang fetching bouncycastle

I'm assuming that you want a fixed URL that always references
the latest X build. That's something that has been discussed
in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=499341 .

I was more looking for an R build that includes the orbit-recipes. I don't think there is one is there? Ideally, the build we point at is retained unless there is a new thing we need that was just added.

You can always find the latest published R/S/I-builds at :

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/

As for the latest nightlies, the composites can be located
under http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/N-builds/ .

I think it's a good idea (as long as consumers are specific
about what bundles they need / filing uses-CQs accordingly)
and can look into doing this for the future. This will be
a little safer than depending directly on content existing
inside of a HIPP.
