Now that http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/S20160916162009/ contains everything that orbit's last successful build happens, perhaps we should be moving CDT to it?

My fault, I was making some changes to the build (testing out embedding
some metadata for iplog into the repositories and although it failed, the
build was still published. I've deleted the build and it should now point
to the last (actual) successful build.
