[orbit-dev] Large removal of inactive committers -- please check the lis

There are about 68 committers on the Orbit
project. Only 4 or 5 I think are truly "active" with maybe another
10 "likely to be active". 

So, I would like to clean up the list
and remove about 50 committers! 

Please read through the list attached
to 
Bug 498936- remove inactive committers 
and if your name is on the "presumed inactive"
but you want to stay as an Orbit committer, then please make a note in
the bug saying so. 

Otherwise, in a few days (about Tuesday August 2) I will
begin the task of "retiring" people from the Orbit committer
list. 

I do not really care how many  people are on the
list, but I know there are "committers" there who are no longer
active in Eclipse and some that probably do not even do software development
any longer! It is not good to never clean up the list and this is just
taking care of a matter than should take place once a year or so.
