- Several "bad" packed jars in latest Orbit S-build 

If anyone uses these in "Sim. Release",
we will have to "respin" to correct. 
This is mostly likely caused my moving from Java 5
to Java 6 recently to run the Orbit build, and will have to exclude these
jars from being packed.
