[orbit-dev] Ready for M4? S-build promoted on 12/5?

Hi Team, 

Orbit M4 +0 is 12/12, and according
to our custom, we would promote an S-build for use in M4 on 12/5 ... this
Friday! 

I hope that timing suits everyone, ...
if not ... you know what to do.
