Moving to orbit-dev, in case there's others
interested in this topic (and if there's confusion on our schedule).

is for M6 ... we always promote it a
week before +0. (and +0 was last Friday, so -1 the Friday before that ...
as usual. 

What's new/different in the latest I-build?
Is it a "blocker" type problem? Is there risk of "core"
components (such as Eclipse platform) being "out of sync" with
what others use?) Thus potential issues between "using platform"
vs. "using EPP"? 

Is your need for it from a "leaf"
component? If so, I'd suggest just you getting it from the I-build ...
but if its something that effects many in the milestone, I'd prefer to
wait, for sake of stability.
