I am afraid it doesn't. However, that preference page showed me my
luna.target file multiple times (it's a multi-module Maven project
imported through m2e): targets/luna/luna.target and luna/luna.target.
Simply selecting another relative path pointing to the *same* file and
then reloading did the trick. :-)
