As we've previously scheduled, I'd like
to promote this build as our R-build for Kepler. 

I have a few sanity checks to do on
it first, and encourage Orbit committers to do the same, especially for
anything added recently. 

Please let me know now if anyone objects
or finds any errors, otherwise late tonight or tomorrow I'll rename as
an R-build. 

Following that, next week, I will also
remove previous I and S builds, as a not-so gentle reminder to Kepler participants
they need to update their build URL. 
I'll remove a few of the older ones
soon, but then anticipate removing them all by end of day Tuesday unless
someone request a little extra time to transition. 

Another implication of Kepler rampdown,
is that I'd like to not promote any more I-builds to 'downloads', just
to avoid confusion with what to use for Kepler. 
Committers may still put things in CVS,
and we will keep the builds running ... but, results will stay on build
machine at "committers URL".
