[orbit-dev] web APIs jars to be packaged at Orbit for jetty-8, Virgo and

Hi there,

I would like to contribute to Orbit javax.servlet-3.0,
javax.servlet.jsp-2.2, javax.el-2.2 and javax.annotation-1.1
As far as we know those jars are backward compatible.
