Hi Steffen,

We/ECF would probably file a CQ for HttpClient 4.1...and I believe we 
were ultimately responsible for the HttpCore CQ (in support of this 
enhancement [1]).

*BUT* we don't currently have resources to commit to completing the work 
on [1]...or even to create a provider based upon HttpClient 4.1 in 
Helios timeframe (although the work for an HttpClient 4.1-based ECF 
filetransfer provider would be close to trivial).  If resources 
can/could be found, however, I would like to see it happen.
